As Turf Tech's Field Operations Technician, Lucas brings a real attention to detail to every job — whether it's colour matching, filling in logos , or keeping all the gear maintained and running from scratch. A background in greenkeeping and time spent on the football field himself has him knowing grass better than most. If it needs doing on site, Lucas has got it covered. When he's not working, you'll most likely find him out on the golf course — a real active individual with a genuine love for bringing ideas to life.
